Yes. Habors offers you the convenience of using your bank’s Internet Banking service to make a payment towards your order. With this you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction.

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on Habors?
There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Habors. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay for the product. In fact, we waive off the Rs 50 delivery charge on orders above Rs750. If you opt for Cash on delivery payment method, we will charge a small convenience fee of Rs 65.
What is Cash on Delivery?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
Are there any terms and conditions for a Cash on Delivery purchase?
The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is Rs 10,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method.
E-Vouchers or store credit or cheques etc cannot be used for COD orders. We accept COD payment only in Indian currency. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment. The COD facility is applicable only for delivery in India. For delivery to international addresses, please pay using Paypal.
Important Points Before placing the order
COD orders can be delivered only at select locations. Please check if your location has a COD facility – this is available on product and checkout page.
COD orders cannot be combined with Gift Vouchers or any other promotions.

How do I place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order?
All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" mentioned on the product page are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery" and submit your order.
You may receive a call from our customer care for order and address verification. Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India and all over the world.
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club, JCB and American Express credit cards.
To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Habors?
Your online transaction on Habors is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet.
Habors has collaborated with a very reputed payment gateway CCAvenue that adopts very stringent and internationally credited security measures to ensure that customer’s personal information and credit card details are well protected. CCAvenue server is behind state of art security firewalls that guarantees that your information is inaccessible to any third party. It uses the most powerful Verisign 256 bit SSL(Standard Sockets Layer) Technology, which is used worldwide, for data encryption during transmission. To put this into non technical terms, it would take 340,000,000,000 years for today’s fastest computers to crack Verisign SSL. You will enter all your details on CCAvenue secure server and the same is encrypted before it is transmitted over the internet to bank’s payment gateway, where again, it is handled under highest security. Your bank will authorize the credit card transaction directly without any information passing through us. Additionally banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.
What is a 3D Secure password?
The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the “Verified by VISA” and “Mastercard SecureCode” services, respectively.
The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.
How can I get the 3D Secure password for my credit/debit card?

How can I get more information, if my credit/debit card transaction is declined?
To protect the card owner’s privacy, Credit Card companies do not tell us the reason why a customer’s transaction has been refused. You should contact your credit Card company to get more information on reason why your payment has been declined.
Can I make payments using my mobile?
Currently the mobile payment option is limited to Citibank and SBI account holders.
Citibank: Citibank customers can subscribe/register for this service by sending "PayMate/GiftMate" as a SMS to the number 2484 (CITI on the mobile). The customer will then be called back and registered for the service. Post registration the customer will receive a 4-digit password as a SMS on the mobile. The customer can then use this password for future transactions using the Mobile Payment option.
SBI: SBI account holders can need to register for the service. At ATM > Swipe your Debit card > choose Services > enter your ATM PIN > select Mobile Banking > Register > enter 10 digit mobile number > confirm the same. You will get a SMS regarding activation of your account after a day provided all the steps under Registration Process are completed.
What if I make a purchase using my debit/credit card, and the amount gets charged to my card but the order is not successfully placed?
This is not likely to happen, but just in case it happens, please contact customer care and we will refund your money within 5 working days.
Can I cancel my COD order when it reaches me?
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please accept the shipment when you get it as the courier person will not take the product back. In case you wish to return the product, follow the process outlined in the return policy. Please note that failure to accept the shipment, without a valid reason, will lead to cancellation of COD facility on your account for all future orders.
