What is Habors Return policy?

We repeat quality check of our products just before packing and delivering to you. We also take utmost care in packaging your products for safe transit. We just love our products and so would you.

Nonetheless, if there is still a problem with the product, we will be happy to take it back and provide replacement to you absolutely free of cost. The 7 Day Free Returns covers all products under following conditions:

  1. the product is found to be defective or damaged.

  2. You have received a product other than the one you ordered.

  3. The product substantially differs from its description on the website.

Note: The products shall only be considered to have a defect, if they are not fit for use. This shall be the case if they have a substantial defect in the material or making.

Habors also gives you an option to return the product, if you do not wish to keep it, for any other reason such as change of mind, within 7 Days of delivery. You can request a return to our customer care within 48hrs of the day of delivery and we will arrange a refund. However this return is not eligible for Free Return.

 

The following RULES and EXCEPTIONS apply to this Policy:

  1. We accept returns made within 7 days from the day of delivery.

  2. All products to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The tags should not be broken, removed or tampered with. We do not accept returns, if product has been used (misused) or mishandled. Please do not remove tags from the products, else it will be considered used.

  3. To return your purchase, please call customer care at +91-9006020271 or inform by email, within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any later reporting will not be considered for return. We will need photos of the product showing damage or defect.

  4. In case you had purchased product which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the product, please also return the free gift or promotional products.

  5. If you choose to exchange the product for reason of receipt of a defective product, you will be provided with a replacement of the product, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the product in our stock.

  6. If same product is not in stock, amount paid will be refunded back to your account. If you wish to buy another product you will need to place a new order.

  7. Once we receive the returned product at our premises, it will be checked for approval of refund. The refund will be issued in maximum of 7 days from receipt of the returned product, subject to good condition of the returned product; the refund will be credited back to the source of payment. Please contact our customer care for any details you may need.

  8. If your return qualifies for free return, however if do not have return pickup facility available in your area, we may request you to self ship the product back to us via standard shipping. You will be reimbursed the reverse shipping charges maximum upto Rs 110 for this.

  9. If you wish to return the product for reasons other than the ones for FREE return you will be required to self ship the product back to us.

 

How do I return my purchase to Habors?

Habors.com 7 day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange products purchased on Habors.com for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the product, as per policy given above. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition and tags.

 

There are two ways to return the product to us. In most locations we offer a pickup service for your return. If we don't offer a pick up at your location, or if you prefer, you can ship the product back to us.

 

How long will it take me to receive refund for my return?

You will receive a call back from us within 48 hours of your request

  • We will arrange return shipment or request you to ship it back to us

  • Please pack the product to be returned in the same box with all tags, stickers and original invoice

  • Once we receive the shipment, product will be checked for quality and refund/exchange will be accepted only if the products are in proper condition

  • Once the refund has been approved, we will refund the money or exchange the product as requested

  • The entire process may take 10-15 days. We take up to 7 days to process the refund once we receive the product at our facility. The return time really depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver it back to us.

 

How do I return multiple products from a single order?

If you are returning multiple products from a single order, you will receive a separate Return ID and email for each product. However, you can ship all the products delivered in a single order in a single shipment.

 

Does Habors.com pick up the product I want to return from my location?

Currently we pickup returns only in select PIN Codes. If your delivery location is serviceable, you will be able to see and select the pickup option when you queue your return online. It is our endeavor to pick up the return within 72 hours of your placing the request. Please keep the return shipment ready.

 

I would like to Self-Ship the return myself to Habors.com. How can I do this?

If your pin code is not covered by our pickup service, you will need to self-ship the return product by courier. If we do not offer a return pick up service in your area or you choose to ship the return to us, please send the return package and the returns from inside to our facility. For all FREE RETURNS(as per policy above) self-shipped packets, you will be reimbursed Rs 50 per 500gm subject to maximum of Rs 110 depending on the weight of shipment, towards your shipping costs. This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.

 

Can I cancel my order?

After placing an order on Habors, if you wish to cancel the order, please email us at contactus@habors.com or call us at +91-9006020271 with the order details. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. If you still do not want the order, please accept the order on delivery and follow our returns process as per return policy. If you have any questions, please can check with our customer care.
