What are the shipping charges on Habors.com?

Habors offers free shipping within India on order value of Rs. 750 and above. We charge a small fee of Rs 50 towards shipping expense of orders below Rs 750, irrespective of weight of the parcel.

 

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

We attempt to process every order and ship it within 48 hours. Your order will get delivered within 3-5 business days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your accessibility. You will be informed of the expected delivery date via email and SMS.

 

What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with or I receive an incorrect item?

Please do not accept a shipment that has been tampered with in any way. Just return the package to the delivery boy at the time of delivery and call up customer care at +91 9006020271 to lodge a complaint. We will resend the order to you. In case you receive an incorrect item, contact our customer care and we will arrange return pick up and deliver the correct item at no extra cost.

 

What is the Estimated Delivery Time?

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every product page. It may differ from one item to another.

 

All orders ship out from Habors.com within 1-3 business days. The delivery date of goods can be calculated as follows:
(Time of order) + (Order Process Time/Address Verification Time*) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time
*When applicable.

 

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers (Aramex, Fedex, EMS Speed Post etc.)

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your order via Government Registered speedpost.

 

What about hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges other than mentioned on the website in your final order details. What you see is what you pay. All taxes are included in the list price.

 

Can the shipping address be changed once the order has been placed?

That shouldn’t be a problem if your order hasn’t been shipped. Just contact us on contactus@habors.com from your registered email id or call us on customer care numbers. We will let you know if that is possible.

 

Does Habors deliver internationally?

We are not delivering orders internationally at the moment, however this is being worked on and we will soon start delivering internationally also.

 

Is it possible to receive shipment on holidays?

It is not possible to deliver your products on holidays unless the shipping company is working on those holidays.

 

Do you process your orders on holidays?

You can place your orders on our online system on holidays. The orders will be processed on the next working day. However if you have any special requirements, please contact our customer care during the working hours before the holiday. We will try our best to accommodate your requests, if possible.

 

Planning to buy your products as a surprise gift, can this be arranged?

We’d love to help you plan your surprise. We can expedite your delivery, or even ship your order to the address you want. Please contact our customer care for any special requests.

 

Can this be gift packed?

Yes. We will deliver your gift in an attractive gift pack at a minimal price of Rs 30. You may select gift pack option while finalizing your order. You may also get a personal message added to go with your gift.

 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email notification and SMS, the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at

For Security reasons, Habors.com ships to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers for additional information as required.
In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.
